1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BabelKit.dev ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BabelKit provides a localization management platform that enables teams to translate application content through a Figma plugin, web dashboard, and SDK packages. We may update or modify the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious code; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. BabelKit retains ownership of the Service, its software, and all related intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations. You may request data export before terminating your account.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabelKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
